Message	the 5 gears marks, it's 100% correct. As a starting point, set the CAS so the slots are about in the middle of the lock down bolts. That's pretty close to 15 degrees. Have you let it run and thoroughly warmed it up? Sometimes after sitting for a long time the lifters will tick for a while.
